This survey is a response to COVID-19, and meant to support the local food industry by connecting farmers to consumers, resources, and other local farms.

We want to create a Farm Product and Pickup Directory to share with our network so that consumers are more informed about where they can get local food and if any changes have been made to your usual schedule.
